Alexis S. Nimbona is a Burundian citizen and his work experience has included both National and international assignments in humanitarian and development programs. He is presently working as a UNDP Crisis prevention and response vetted international consultant. Back home, he worked for AMOCO Burundi Petroleum Company (an American Oil Exploration Company) as representative and later on joined USAID/Burundi as general services officer before starting his international career in 1997.
Mr. Nimbona’s international career took him to most African countries namely South Africa; Cote d’Ivoire; Guinea Conakry, Liberia and Sierra Leone. He also worked in Pakistan, Somalia and Libya in the most volatile situations; Kenya; Chad; Malawi and recently in South Sudan. International Organizations he worked for include Independent Mediation Services of South Africa (IMSSA), the German Technical Cooperation Organization (GIZ) for refugees and internally displaced persons programs, as well as the GIZ, World Bank and European Union partnership for disarmament demobilization and reintegration programs (DDR) of ex-combatants.

After starting his career with Philips Kommunikations Industry (PKI) as a product manager, Peter has spent 28 years with Motorola Solutions in various international management positions. In his recent position as Sales Director he was responsible for public accounts in Central Europe. He acquired comprehensive knowledge of the European PMR market and draws from an extensive network of leading players within this market. As Director for system integration with Motorola he was responsible for planning, project management and service of PMR solutions in Western Europe.

He started his career as a software engineer, working on DOD contracts and then moved into the private sector working on enterprise and video game software. Joe moved into product management and led multiple release cycles of a globally distributed backup and recovery system for laptops and PCs. Building upon his experience he pivoted into business development and sales in the security software industry licensing products and services to large service providers in the US and Europe.
